We set out to make this a pleasant, nurturing, and learning environment for children and their families. That means the day belongs to the children, not the clock. Teachers plan experiences that fit the age and the moment. Your child can settle in, try things, and come back to what they love. Our programs run from 6 weeks to 13 years, so siblings can be in the same building.
Rooms are set up for the age group they hold. Infants have their own space, toddlers can move and touch, preschoolers work at tables and on the floor. Small groups let a teacher sit down and stay with a few children. In the school-age rooms, staff supervise activities and help with homework. The day alternates active time, quiet time, meals, and rest.

What you notice in practice
Teachers get down at eye level to talk with children. They follow what a child is working on rather than steering it. In small groups, a teacher can notice who needs a hand and who is ready for more. With school-age children, staff supervise in-house activities and after-school homework responsibilities if necessary.
Each room is arranged so children can find what they need. Low shelves, clear labels, and materials out where children can reach them. The day has a rhythm: active play, quiet work, meals, rest, and outdoor time. Teachers give a warning before a change so children can finish and move on. Our classrooms are grouped by age, from infants through school-age.
How we work with families
At pickup, teachers tell you what your child did that day. They share the small things: a new word, a tower, a turn taken without help. If you have a question, you can ask in person or call. The Childcare Director and the Office Manager are both available to help. We want families to know what is happening and why.
Starting care is a change for the whole family. We take the first days at your child's pace. You can stay a little longer, call to check in, or pick up early. Teachers watch how your child settles and tell you what they see. We work with you on a drop-off routine that feels calm for everyone. Ask us what to expect in those first weeks.
